Legal Compliance

Using information obtained from service providers and through purposeful contacts, the case manager documents the level of legal compliance within the JR Worksheet.

Selecting Substantially Compliant...

The circumstances which caused the creation of the case plan have been significantly remedied to the extent that the well-being and safety of the child will not be endangered upon the child’s remaining with or being returned to the child’s parent.

​

  • The parent remedied all issues and concerns which led to the Department's involvement.

  • There are no longer danger threats within the household.

  • The parent's CPCs have enhanced to the point they are able to care and protect the child.

Selecting Partially Compliant...

Parent is demonstrating an acceptable level of commitment of time and energy to accomplish case plan outcomes.

  • Safety Plan is still needed to control the danger threat(s) and protect the child.

  • The parent's CPCs are enhancing but they are unable to safely care and protect the child.

  • The parent is demonstrating some positive behavioral changes.

Selecting Not Compliant...

Though able to do so, parent is demonstrating minimal actions to achieve case plan outcomes.

​

  • Safety Plan is still needed to control the danger threat(s) and protect the child.

  • The parent's CPCs are diminished and they are unable to safely care and protect the child.

  • The parent is not demonstrating any positive behavioral changes.

  • The parent is not attending services or not actively participating in services.
