

Direct Observations:
Direct observations must be for a minimum of one hour in duration, should be documented in FSFN, and you must receive direct feedback after the interaction.

Minimum of six (6) direct field observations are required.
Four (4) must be Home Visits.
Two (2) may be in a professional, office-based setting.
Professional settings include interactions with individuals on their cases either before, during, or after court hearings, supervised visitations, or other meaningful interactions that may occur outside of the child’s placement.

Individual Supervision:
Individual supervision must be for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes in duration, should be documented in FSFN, and you must receive direct feedback. Minimum of twenty (20) hours are required.

Group Supervision:
Group supervision must be for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes in duration, should be documented in FSFN, and you must receive direct feedback. Group consists of two or more people. Minimum of ten (10) hours are required.
